Our Story
EcoKlenz began after one of the founders experienced a serious health scare following a routine household bin clean. What seemed like a straightforward job, completed with chemicals, a broom and a hose and 40 minutes to complete , led to severe illness days later. There were multiple hospital visits, extreme gastrointestinal symptoms, and rapid weight loss of more than 20 kilograms. Despite extensive medical testing, no clear diagnosis was found. The only likely cause was exposure during the bin cleaning process.
That experience was a turning point. It exposed the hidden risks people face when cleaning bins manually and sparked the drive to find a safer, more controlled, and professional solution.
Many years later, after searching globally for the right solution, EcoKlenz was established, built on purpose and grounded in real-world experience. Through strong partnerships and a shared vision, that foundation ultimately led to the creation of the company and the EcoKlenz brand.
